What we are looking for

We are hiring for a real estate company located in New South Wales, Australia. Our ideal candidate will be able to work within a fast paced environment and keep up with the requests and expectations of the sales agent and execute each tasks with accuracy and confidence.

Our ideal candidate is experienced working in the Australian Real Estate and is familiar with the processes and tools, and responsibilities available to the Sales Admin Assistant.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating vendor reports
• Preparing listing documents
• Creating CMAs
• Data Entry into CRM
• Preparing pre-list kits
• Manage the agent's communications and emails.
• Prospect Calling/Cold Callings
• Other Sales ad-hoc tasks

• VaultRE
• Corelogic
• Pricefinder
• Activepipe

Requirements:

• Able to work Australian hours
• Excellent English communication skills
• Tech-savvy
• Proficient with Google Workspace apps
• Willing to be trained, punctual and responsive
• Has their own quiet work space at home
• Has decent quality computer/laptop, dual monitor, webcam, and headset
• Has stable internet
• Has power backup
• VA experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
