About Us:
We're a tourism company operating in Darwin City, offering exciting tours to visitors. We're looking for a friendly and sales-oriented Tour Sales Representative to join our team at a stall in the heart of Darwin City.

Job Summary:
As a Tour Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for setting up our stall, promoting our tours, and selling tickets to customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with tourists and locals alike, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and manage the stall: Set up two tents in the designated area, ensuring an attractive and welcoming display of our tours.
2. Promote and sell tours: Engage with potential customers, promote our tours, and sell tickets to the Croc Bus and Litchfield VIP tours.
3. Provide excellent customer service: Answer customer inquiries, provide information about tours, and ensure customers have a positive experience.
4. Meet sales targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
5. Maintain stall appearance: Ensure the stall is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements:

1. Must drive a Manuel: The vehicle will hold all of the equipment for the stall.
1. Excellent communication skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to effectively communicate with customers.
2. Sales experience or willing to learn: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or tourism is desirable.
3. Ability to learn: Willingness to learn.
4. Physical ability: Ability to set up and dismantle tents, and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
