About Us

Lyonstone Designs crafts premium GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) mantels, fire tables, and architectural features for luxury homes across Western Canada. We collaborate with builders, designers, and homeowners who value elegant, modern design and quality craftsmanship.

We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales & Design Coordinator who can handle client communication, quotes, and light design coordination. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and love design, this is a flexible role where your earnings grow with your results.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to incoming leads and guide customers through our product lines.
• Prepare quotes, send drawings, and follow up on open proposals.
• Coordinate details between clients, design, and production.
• Create or edit drawings in AutoCAD (Shapr3D is an asset).
• Maintain organized email communications and projects in Slack.
• Track job progress and ensure great communication from quote to delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in interior design, drafting, or construction sales.
• Confident using AutoCAD for design coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients.
• Tech-savvy and self-motivated — able to work independently from home.
• Passion for beautiful design and exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation & Perks

• Base pay: $25/hr (20 hrs/week).
• Performance bonus: Commission on projects you close or manage – 3% of gross project sales closed and coordinated from start to delivery.
• Flexible hours: Work from home, Monday–Friday, around your own schedule. Some in-person office hours may be required occasionally.
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time or senior sales role as the company expands.
