Sales And Marketing Manager

• Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the growth and success of our consumer health products by leading strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• This role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing brand presence, managing key accounts, inventory management, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and engaging with consumers through digital platforms.
• The goal is to ensure that our consumer health brands are effectively positioned to meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. Should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion, and anticipation of customer behavior.
• Developing brand strategy and positioning to ensuring that the brand's messaging and visual identity remain consistent across all touchpoints.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels
• Plan and execute consumer brand campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Ensure timely posting of social cards to engage with the online audience.
• Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements for increased react and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the medical supplies or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including key trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing, and project management software.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month
