Duties

*Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

*Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.

*Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales.

*Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.

*Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.

*Provide technical sales support for complex products, addressing customer inquiries with confidence.

*Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.

*Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

S*tay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

*Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.

*Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

*Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.

*Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards.

*Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing features that appeal to customers.

*Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication over the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.38-$20.35 per hour
