We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services. You will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement
- Assist customers in selecting products or services based on their needs
- Provide a welcoming and professional shopping experience
- Actively promote products, offers, and promotions
Sales Performance
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers
Customer Support
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Follow up with customers when necessary to maintain relationships
Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Clearly explain features and benefits to customers
Operations & Reporting
- Process transactions accurately (cash, card, or digital payments)
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Support inventory management and store organization
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, CRM tools, email)
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or sales-driven environments
- Familiarity with CRM or POS systems
- Bilingual skills (Spanish is a plus)

- Location: Austin, TX (on-site)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
