We have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team at Stockland Halcyon Horizon, located in the suburb of Geelong, Armstrong Creek, luxury resort-style living designed for over 55s.

The role

In this permanent full-time role, you will be providing support for our Sales Professional, whilst also playing a significant role in the Customer Journey. This is a diverse role that brings together a blend of Customer Service, Administration and Sales Support. An opportunity to join a successful team and grow into a career with Stockland.

Base pay (salary + super) plus quarterly bonus + sales commission is on offer, for this permanent, full-time role, Monday – Friday, based onsite at Stockland Halcyon Horizon, Armstrong Creek.

What are we looking for?

A customer focus is what drives you – you understand delivering outstanding service and being a customer advocate
You’ll bring your administration and customer service experience with you, and any exposure in a sales support function would be beneficial but not essential
You are great with technology and can pick up new systems easily – if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this
You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
You are open to learning and looking to establish yourself into a longer-term career
You will need to have your own reliable transport and a full driver’s licence
Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous but not essential
