Sales Brand Manager

Sales Brand Manager required to work at Joseph Limited based at 88 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 VF65, Ireland. The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in similar role (retail), bachelor's degree in management, business or marketing is an advantage. Duties will include: liaises with other senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets; discusses employers or clients requirements, carries out surveys and analyses customers reactions to product, packaging, price, etc.; compiles and analyses sales figures, Prepare proposals for the merchandising team to determine the selection of products for sale and to manage client requests and orders. Conduct an analysis of customer behaviour to identify and select the most appropriate products and services that align with Irish market needs; handles customer accounts; recruits and trains junior sales staff; produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management; keeps up to date with products and competitors.
