JOB PROFILE
We’re looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales and Design Associate to join our team. This role offers a salary-plus-commission structure and the opportunity to work in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and building strong relationships
• Providing design guidance and product expertise
• Assisting customers in selecting materials and completing purchases
• Preparing estimates and following up promptly
• Coordinating material orders and installation details
• Ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every customer

REQUIREMENTS
We’re seeking someone who is energetic, reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting. A genuine interest in design and a willingness to develop deep product knowledge are essential.
Candidates should bring:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Solid computer, typing, and basic math abilities
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Schedule is Tuesday–Friday (8:30am–5pm) and Saturdays (9am–1pm)
• Experience in flooring, design, or sales is a significant plus.

Pay range is approximate and based on set salary plus earned commission.
