Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying potential customers, creating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to help achieve our company’s sales objectives.

Who we are

We are a fast-growing VC-funded startup that is building the front office for the home service space, starting with the sales org. We love what we do and who we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage potential customers to create new business opportunities for the company.
  • Reach out to prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with the massive amounts of leads we get from conferences through email or call.
  • Call inbound leads we get organically from our website.
  • Build pipeline by reactivating leads that went cold previously.
  • Cold outreach to leads on Linkedin, calling, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Participate in constant training sessions with our sales team.
  • Put out fires. Help with anything that’s needed. Your main priority will be to help our startup grow faster.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking a team player who thrives on collaboration, values constructive feedback, and responds well to coaching. If you’ve excelled in organized team activities—whether traditional sports or e-sports—there’s a good chance this describes you.
  • You should be highly organized and detail-oriented. If you keep your space tidy, maintain clear to-do lists, and manage your calendar efficiently, you’re likely a great fit.
  • We’re looking for someone with a point to prove—resourceful, persistent, fiercely competitive, and consistently positive, even when facing setbacks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Shift:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Work Location: In person
