Position Overview
We are looking for a high-achieving, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a crucial role in growing our client base. As an SDR at Kazehi Global, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. If you are proactive, results-oriented, and have a passion for international trade and business expansion, this role could be your perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach, research, and inbound lead follow-up.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of high-quality leads, focusing on increasing engagement and moving prospects through the sales funnel.
Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media engagements to generate interest and schedule initial meetings with potential clients.
Qualifying Prospects: Identify decision-makers, uncover client needs, and assess whether leads meet the qualification criteria for Kazehi Global’s services.
Collaborative Sales Strategy: Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Executives to ensure seamless handover and follow-through on qualified leads.
Data and Reporting: Update and manage prospect information in CRM systems, track interactions, and provide regular performance reports to the sales team.
Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for Kazehi Global’s services.
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B or consulting environment.
Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, with a track record of achieving or surpassing lead generation goals.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear, persuasive manner.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfortable using digital platforms for outreach and lead tracking.
Curiosity and Initiative: Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, with the ability to understand client challenges and communicate solutions.
Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain detail-oriented, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable and Resilient: Comfortable with a dynamic work environment, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
