We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base through outbound prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales support.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify qualified prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, company databases, and online research tools.
- Build targeted lead lists for outbound campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect information.
- Qualify leads based on company criteria.
Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Follow up with prospects through structured outreach sequences.
- Nurture leads and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Consistently meet outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Sales Support
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and client appointments.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Support daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
- Keep CRM records updated with all client interactions.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Support outbound email campaigns and automated prospecting workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Recommend improvements to increase response and conversion rates.
Market Research
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Provide insights to improve outreach strategies.
QualificationsRequired
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Lead Generation
- Appointment Setting
- Cold Calling
- Business Development
- Sales Support
- Inside Sales
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
