The Role:
As a Sales Executive Recruiter, your focus will be on recruiting international participants for our language exchange programs. You’ll engage with candidates from English-speaking countries such as the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Ireland, helping them secure placements in our unique programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management: Review, assess, and contact candidates interested in participating in Angloville’s programs.
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate with applicants via online platforms, telephone, and video conferencing to profile and pre-qualify them for interviews.
- Interviews: Conduct interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for our programs, with a focus on cultural exchange and language immersion.
- Program Promotion: Highlight the benefits of our programs to candidates and offer placements to those who are a good fit.
- Post-Interview Communication: Guide successful applicants through the next steps, including program details, travel arrangements, securing payment, and compliance documentation.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote additional opportunities such as the ANGLO TEFL course and paid ESL teaching roles.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working for an international company.
- Fully functional home office setup (camera-enabled computer).
- Stable internet connection (minimum 5 mbps upload/download speed).
