Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet with HR decision-makers and business leaders to understand employee benefits needs
• Provide and propose solutions to clients based on individual needs
• Prepare and present group insurance proposals alongside team
• Acquire new customers and manage client relationships
• Ensure smooth onboarding and excellent post-sales servicing with admin support
• Maintain accurate sales tracking and follow-up records

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Sales-driven mindset and ability to hit performance targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good presentation skills and professional work attitude
• Diploma or Degree preferred (fresh grads or career switchers welcome)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, able to work independently and multitask
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools
• Interest in the finance or insurance industry is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
