About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Staria, you will be responsible for selling NetSuite in an international market and leading the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. To accelerate deals and provide the best solutions for our potential clients, you will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders, including dedicated Pre-Sales specialists and functional NetSuite consultants. You will also receive support from our marketing team and a dedicated Business Development Manager, giving you the tools needed to excel in the role.
Our clients are often fast-growing international companies across various industries, and some of your most important external stakeholders will include CFOs, CTOs, and IT managers. Prospecting is a central part of your role, requiring an independent and proactive approach where you actively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting
- Driving the sales process from start to close
- Participating in and contributing to demos
- Creating and presenting proposals and agreements
We are primarily seeking new colleagues for our offices in Stavanger and Oslo, as a significant part of our local team and potential clients are based there. However, for the right candidate, we are open to hiring more flexibly within Norway. With our flexible hybrid model, you can choose to work from home office or one of our cozy offices in Stavanger or Oslo.
Who Are We Looking For?
To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience in B2B sales and ERP solution sales. This experience will help you understand the market and how our services can meet the needs of potential clients.
For this position we believe the right person is driven, proactive, and has a strong ability to build relationships and identify new business opportunities. Further, you are used to working in an international and dynamic environment, and you thrive in a role where you take ownership and drive sales on a global scale.
An interest in growth companies and business acumen will be beneficial for effectively navigating the industry. Given that we work with longer sales cycles, a systematic work approach, and perseverance are crucial in this role. Fluency in Norwegan and full professional proficiency in English are required.
