Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our team here at IBAT College Dublin.
This role is a key function for IBAT College in which the post-holder will provide a key role in expanding our institution’s reach, attracting prospective students and fostering partnerships with various individuals, schools and businesses across Ireland.
In this role you will leverage your communication and negotiation skills to connect with various potential learners to promote our programs and contribute to enrolment growth. Ideal candidates are goal-driven, adaptable, and excited about higher education. We are looking for some one who is passionate about sales and wanting to forge their career in the education sector.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Contacting prospective learners to discuss their learning needs and providing relevant information, converting enquiries into applications
- Attend open events, career and recruitment fairs to promote the College
- Attend registration and induction events
- Assist in the development of new sales strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and career advisors to create a steady pipeline of leads
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing) to create and distribute promotional materials tailored to prospective student needs
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with businesses to drive student sponsorships, internships and collaborative programs
- Analyse recruitment data and provide reports on outreach effectiveness, enrolment trends, and sales performance
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM tools, ensuring timely communication and engagement
- Deliver excellent customer service to prospective students, through their admissions journey
Qualifications / Experience / Key Attributes
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree level (or equivalent) qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferably
OR
- Relevant industry experience (3+ years)
AND
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in the sales, business development or student recruitment (direct experience in student recruitment is preferred but not essential)
- Experience in the Higher Education sector is desirable but not essential
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills including use of CRM tools (recording information, accuracy and reporting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on their own and within a team
- Proficient in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace apps

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
