About the Opportunity

The Sales Manager, Australia (West) is a key driver in the development, implementation, and review of sales strategies with a particular focus on the Mining Class - Major market segment. Based in Perth, the role will be responsible for sales (budgets and personnel management) across a select range of products for defined territories and/or accounts


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a high performing sales team through mentorship, performance planning and ongoing guidance
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and achievement of sales plans and budgets
  • Identify and develop strategically beneficial relationships with key clients, partners, industry, and government bodies
  • Present and sell Micromine’s solutions to new prospects in the specified region
  • Represent Micromine at industry events
  • Travel as required; domestic, international and mine site


About You

  • Mining industry experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Micromine, its products and services
  • Minimum 5 years of strategic sales management experience
  • Demonstrated successful sales record
  • Relevant sales methodology training
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
