Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting company’s services and solutions to meet client’s manpower needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals.

· Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

· Promote and offer company’s services by understanding client’s manpower needs.

· Develop strategies to increase market awareness of our presence and services

· Build and maintain good relationship with clients to generate business opportunities and acquire market information

· Regular visit and follow up with existing clients to identify additional needs

· Assist in the preparation of quotations

· Develop monthly marketing plan and provide updates to management

· Perform any other duties assigned by the management as needed.

Requirements:

· Possess a Diploma qualification in any field.

· Cold calling experience advantageous

· Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· A team player and able to work independently

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
