Requirements / Qualifications:

• Background in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred
• Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and paid advertising strategies is an advantage
• Familiarity with marketing for financial services, insurance, or similar industries is a plus
• Understands Facebook audience targeting, trends, and engagement strategies
• Comfortable with design tools like Canva or similar platforms

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads and drive sales
• Write compelling ad copy and captions tailored to target audiences
• Design simple but effective ad creatives
• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes, trends, and best practices

Work Arrangement:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
