Sales & Marketing Assistant (Proficient in MS Excel)

Quezon City | Full-Time | Office-Based

TJ's Clear Art is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support daily operations in sales, admin, and basic social media posting. This hybrid role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and tech-savvy—comfortable using Excel and digital tools to help the team run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admin Support

• Prepare sales quotations and order forms
• Coordinate with clients via email, Messenger, and Viber
• Follow up on leads and track order progress
• Monitor production timelines and delivery status
• Maintain and update spreadsheets (strong Excel skills required)

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Post scheduled content on Facebook and Instagram (calendar & captions provided)
• Optional: Assist with TikTok content posting if familiar
• Coordinate with our graphic artist for visuals
• Monitor comments and messages for inquiries
• Track engagement and assist with basic analytics

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Familiar with Facebook and Instagram for business
• Knowledge of Canva and TikTok is a plus
• Willing to learn and follow a structured content plan
• Resides near or within Quezon City (Tandang Sora area)

Work Setup & Schedule

• Office-based
• Tandang Sora, Quezon City
• Monday to Friday (No weekends)
