Description:
What's Involved: Based in our Richmond office, this role is responsible for supporting our State Sales Managers, National Sales Leadership team and a select group of field sales teams through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required, along with office duties. Given the nature of this role, we require a minimum of 4 days in the office, with 5 days required at busy times.
Each day will be different, and you'll be helping us with:
- Support the State Sales Managers and National Sales Leadership Team through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required.
- Provide administration support as required by Field Sales teams.
- Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the State Sales Management team.
- Management of the day-to-day operation of the Richmond office.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Sound level of communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Team oriented but also able to work independently.
- PowerPoint, Excel & Word proficiency.
- Developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Customer focussed.
- Project management skills
- Current drivers licence.
- Bi-monthly state sales meetings, wine tastings and dinners.
- Coordinating events and tastings and assisting with set up and serving on the day.
- Knowing the support you provide for the sales team helps them achieving their budgets/KPI's.
- Ongoing maintenance and championing continuous improvement within our systems and processes, including our CRM.
