Sales & Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and engage new business leads; drive sales efforts from initial contact to contract signing.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the key point of contact throughout the renovation process.
• Coordinate and oversee project timelines, site works, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and manage contract documentation.
• Collaborate with the design and operations team to translate client needs into effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience; Interior Renovation Sales and/or project management (office/retail preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with renovation processes, materials, and suppliers.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus: Existing network or contacts in the commercial renovation industry.
