We install permanent lighting that transforms how people's homes look year-round (yes, it's genuinely cool to sell). You'll learn the full sales process from the ground up: how to start conversations, set appointments, and eventually run in-home consultations and close deals yourself.

The path:

• Learn the fundamentals. Start by mastering appointment-setting through hands-on training and mentorship. Prove you can do the work — once you hit your first milestones, you graduate to the 90-day ramp.
• Ramp with support. Once you graduate training, your next 90 days come with at least $750/week for hitting your weekly activity goals while you build your skills — so you're not flying without a net, with commission upside on top.
• Become a closer. Once you're running and closing your own appointments, you'll receive company-provided leads on top of your own — and your earning ceiling opens up. Top closers earn $60K–$120K+.
• Grow into leadership. Strong performers have a clear path into management and running their own market.
