Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management and construction and a strong background in customer service, enabling them to build lasting relationships with clients while effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to convert prospects into customers.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or inside sales environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in tracking sales performance and following up with prospective clients.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong desire to achieve results.
