**Who We Are**
We're a Medicine Hat-based custom automotive shop that does it all — service & repairs, full custom builds, and we manufacture our own line of products including bumpers, mudflaps, running boards, rock sliders, and flat decks. We're growing and we need a closer who can sell.

**The Role**
You'll be the bridge between our shop and our customers — handling inbound leads on Meta, hunting new business, and locking in service contracts and parts sales. This isn't an order-taking job. We want someone who creates opportunities.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
- Responding to and converting leads through Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Prospecting and closing new clients for service contracts, repairs, and custom builds
- Selling our in-house manufactured products (bumpers, decks, sliders, etc.)
- Building relationships with fleet operators, contractors, and truck enthusiasts
- Meeting weekly minimum sales targets consistently

**What We're Looking For:**
- Mechanical or diesel knowledge — you need to speak the language
- Proven sales experience (inside, outside, or both)
- Strong communicator — written for social, verbal for the field
- Self-motivated and accountable to numbers
- Valid driver's license
**Nice to Have:**
- Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or trades industries
- Existing network in the fleet, contractor, or off-road market

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Medicine Hat, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
