Hinabi Prive is a premier luxury lifestyle and events brand built around immersive, curated experiences. From high-end city jams and private events to brand partnerships and B2B engagements, we operate internationally with a growing presence across Asia and beyond. We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our commercial reach globally.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative at Hinabi Prive, you will be the front line of our business development efforts. You will identify prospects, pitch our brand and event experiences, close partnership and sponsorship deals, and build long-term client relationships — all remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B and B2C leads internationally
  • Pitch Hinabi Prive event packages, sponsorships, and brand partnerships to potential clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events team to align sales efforts with campaign calendars
  • Represent Hinabi Prive at virtual and in-person client meetings and networking events
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and pipeline targets
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report pipeline progress weekly
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-starter with strong entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working independently
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong network in entertainment, lifestyle, nightlife, or corporate events is a plus
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Fluency in additional languages is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: Starting at $800 USD/month
