Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated sales representative to sell website services to businesses. This is a commission-based role with support, ideal for someone confident in closing deals but who also values having structure and resources.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential clients (cold outreach, networking, follow-ups)
• Qualify leads and understand client needs
• Present Roi Digital’s website services and packages
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to closing
• Follow up consistently and move deals forward
• Collaborate with the team for smooth client onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, outreach, or closing deals
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent
• Self-driven and organized
• Ability to work independently
• Bonus: experience selling websites, marketing, or digital services

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
• 5% to 20% commission per deal (depending on package sold)
• Typical deal size: $1,000 to $5,000
• No earning cap
• High-value services = strong commissions per sale
