Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home. We are also open to remote candidates who can periodically travel to the office for in-person meetings.
SavvyMoney is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the success of our New Sales Team while driving independent sales efforts. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Specialist will provide key support to Sales Executives while managing their own sales pipeline, conducting demos, and achieving a personal quota. This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to team success while building their own sales experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Sales Support and Collaboration:
- Assist Sales Executives by preparing materials and data for sales meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to coordinate efforts on key accounts and share best practices.
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospect follow-ups and coordination.
Individual Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal sales pipeline, from prospecting to close, ensuring alignment with individual and team quotas.
- Deliver engaging and personalized product demos to prospective clients, identifying needs and positioning SavvyMoney’s solutions effectively.
- Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Quota Attainment:
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas as defined by the Sales Director.
- Support team goals by contributing to overall sales targets through collaborative efforts and independent contributions.
CRM and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and opportunities.
- Use Salesforce data to analyze personal sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.
- Regularly report on pipeline health and progress toward individual and team goals.
Market Research and Opportunity Development:
- Conduct research on industry trends, market opportunities, and prospect needs to enhance outreach efforts.
- Identify and recommend high-value prospects to Sales Executives and the Sales Director.
What We’re Looking For -
Skills and Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales support, or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to conduct persuasive demos.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve individual quotas.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Base Salary
The Annual Base salary for this position will be between $80,000.00 and $90,000.00 based upon experience plus
quarterly commission potential.
