Sales Supervisor

1. Responsible for sales team support work, administrative management, and daily affairs, customer contract judgment, price application, material support

2. Responsible for meeting sales team customer needs and customer complaints

3. Assist sales team with different other departments Docking, assisting sales staff to complete pre-sales and after-sales internal docking

4. Assist the sales person in charge to track the process of sales tasks.

5. Formulate the content of the signing plan for major customers.

6. Manage team and ensure they achieve desired service levels and take corrective action as needed.

7. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree graduate
With at least 3 years relevant experience
Willing to work on 6 day schedule at Mckinley West, Taguig
Open to fieldwork within Metro Manila
Able to handle team management and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
