Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee and support our beverage sales team. The role involves managing daily sales activities, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors. Key responsibilities include supervising sales representatives, monitoring market trends, coordinating product promotions, and assisting in business expansion. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for stock management, reporting sales performance, and providing training to enhance team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the beverage or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team and drive performance
  • Knowledge of retail, distribution, and promotional strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
  • Willing to travel locally to visit clients and retail partners
