The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales operations of assigned stores, branches, or territories, ensuring the team achieves sales targets and drives business growth. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong sales expertise, and the ability to coach, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including new sales promoters. The Sales Supervisor will be accountable for sales results, team development, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Target Achievement:
- Drive the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue.
- Analyze sales data, track KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Team Supervision & Development:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, including onboarding and training new sales promoters.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented sales culture.
- Ensure the team follows company sales processes, merchandising standards, and customer service protocols.
Customer Engagement & Experience:
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and handling escalated client concerns.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a role model in demonstrating effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement.
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper store merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably with experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong sales acumen, including negotiation, closing techniques, and persuasive communication.
- Experience training, coaching, and supervising sales promoters.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sales/CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned branch as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
