Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales operations of assigned stores, branches, or territories, ensuring the team achieves sales targets and drives business growth. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong sales expertise, and the ability to coach, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including new sales promoters. The Sales Supervisor will be accountable for sales results, team development, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Target Achievement:

  • Drive the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue.
  • Analyze sales data, track KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Team Supervision & Development:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, including onboarding and training new sales promoters.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented sales culture.
  • Ensure the team follows company sales processes, merchandising standards, and customer service protocols.

Customer Engagement & Experience:

  • Support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and handling escalated client concerns.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a role model in demonstrating effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper store merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably with experience leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong sales acumen, including negotiation, closing techniques, and persuasive communication.
  • Experience training, coaching, and supervising sales promoters.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sales/CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned branch as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
