Sales Support Executive

This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Executive at Forward Minder Organisation, an agency Prudential. The Sales Support Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer databases and contact information.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and timely.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Customer Service
• Respond to clients inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Assist in the preparation and management of sales presentations and proposals.
• Sales Support
• Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
• Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as follow up sales materials and follow-up emails.
• Provide support for sales campaigns and promotions.

Requirement:

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma and above
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
