This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Executive at Forward Minder Organisation, an agency Prudential. The Sales Support Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient customer service.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer databases and contact information.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and timely.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Customer Service
- Respond to clients inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in the preparation and management of sales presentations and proposals.
- Sales Support
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as follow up sales materials and follow-up emails.
- Provide support for sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirement:
- Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
