What You’ll Do

  • Represent the Brand: Act as the primary point of contact for property owners and managers, building trust through clear, professional communication.
  • The "Science" of Estimating: Conduct accurate on-site measurements, assess substrates/prep needs, and build detailed, professional digital scopes.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Own your schedule and follow-up process. You’ll use our CRM to track appointments, bids, and lead status with meticulous detail.
  • Drive Results: Set weekly goals and use performance metrics to sharpen your craft, improve close ratios, and grow your professional impact.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our production team to ensure a seamless handoff from the bid to the finished masterpiece.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
