Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP solutions that enhance manufacturing operations, optimize supply chain management, and support other critical business functions.
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions to enhance manufacturing operations, optimize supply chain management, and strengthen other critical business functions.
- Understand and integrate Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes with ERP systems and manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for SAP enhancements and customizations.
- Leverage enterprise data governance and data-driven insights to develop and execute business optimization strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues and inquiries, delivering timely troubleshooting and resolution to minimize disruptions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in SAP implementation projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing and managing SAP solutions in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of PLM processes and their integration with ERP and manufacturing systems.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Experience in utilizing enterprise data to drive business process improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with external vendors.
- Fluency in English
