We are seeking for an Engineering Project Manager to join our SAP team. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams across multiple locations and timezones. The role focused on Operations or AppleCare Service Management, requires delivery of complex enterprise solutions in a highly customised landscape and holds responsibilities for all aspects of the project including: • Define system architecture design, collaborate with stakeholders across Business Domains and translating complex cross-functional business needs into system design and technical specifications. • Technical design and implementation of integration between Apple and its extensive Supply Chain partner networks (OEMs, 3PLs, Logistics Carriers, ASP, Repair Centers and Depots, Telco, Resellers, component suppliers, etc) utilising multiple integration frameworks and platforms such as sFTP, EDI, API, XML, Portals, CPI, Webmethods, BTP solutions. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive scalable designs and encore strict adherence to global design principles, security, encryption and compliance protocols, performance benchmarks and documentation standards. • Present proposed solution for design reviews and business playbacks. • Develop technical specifications, work with DevSecOps during development and execute functional validations. • Provide engineering guidance for technical integration with cross-functional teams and external partner systems. • Lead and advise on architecture scaling discussions for NPI and other peak events within SAP as well as other engineering teams like ETS, integration services, etc • Status monitoring and reporting within the team and senior management.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university in Computer Science or Technology with Supply chain management domain experience.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in system design, configurations and customisations of S/4HANA experience in a techno-functional or project lead role.
- Technical in-depth system hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: SAP Logistics modules(MM/SD/LE), WM, EWM, TMS, EM, SM, APO/gATP/aATP
- Specialisation in SAP techno-functional and technical system process knowledge on Service Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations applied in consumer and B2B domains.
- Proficiency in using SAP BTP and building integrated solutions using EAI technologies, EDI, APIs, Web Services etc involving non-SAP apps and technologies.
- Extending SAP features to support Apple needs through SAP enhancement and extensibility framework utilising user-exits, implicit enhancements, BADIS, BAPIs, etc
- Strong business process and technical skills, as well as being a critical problem solver backed up with strong quantitative and detail-oriented skills.
- Proven ability in delivering collaborative workshops for conceptualisation and solution design.
Preferred Qualifications
- ABAP Debugging skills.
- WMS operations and systems (SAP, In-house build, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc).
- Familiar with test automation tools and approaches to automate testing.
- Familiar with performance engineering concepts to optimise response time and throughput. Proficiency in essential skills to harness Generative AI across the SAP ecosystem.
