Salary: Confidential (Range for sourcing: PHP 60,000 - 147,000, final salary offer depends on the client and project assigned).

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team, responsible for the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM Suite modules. The role will focus on various HR functions, from Core HR Administration to Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and more. The successful candidate will contribute to project phases, including system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all project phases: Planning, Designing, Development/Configuration, System Testing, UAT, Deployment, Post-go-live support, and Hypercare.
• Lead or assist in requirements confirmation discussions and workshops.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to assess client requirements and identify gaps in SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Configuration Workbooks.
• Document business processes and workflows.
• Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements.
• Perform unit testing, UAT, and Integration Testing; assist in defect management.
• Provide system walkthroughs and demos for stakeholders.
• Support data conversion activities (ETL processes) as needed.
• Assist with cutover planning and execution.
• Provide post-go-live support, addressing queries and providing solutions.
• Contribute to practice building, thought leadership, market offering development, and service proposition enhancements.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience:

• SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Experience with modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Goal Management, Succession Planning, and more.
• SAP HCM ECC: Experience with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits Administration, etc.
• Minimum of 1 year configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules.
• 3-5 years of relevant IT/Operations experience, preferably with SAP HCM/PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience as an HR business user or HR IT administrator.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP HCM, including requirements gathering, functional design, UAT, and deployment.
• Ability to document and present solutions to clients, conduct workshops, and deliver training.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, or Science.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proven consulting experience with the ability to engage clients and understand their business needs.
• Ability to travel for onshore requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
