About the Role

Join Accenture’s dynamic team as a SAP S/4 HANA Finance Consultant and be part of a transformative journey migrating legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. You will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance modules to enable smooth transitions and optimized financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support during SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions and implementations.
• Assess current business processes and system configurations, identifying gaps and recommending alternatives in SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for delta design and supporting tools in the migration process.
• Configure SAP systems to support S/4HANA conversion activities.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, identifying and resolving defects related to SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide technology consulting expertise to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College Degree holder (any relevant discipline).
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a SAP ERP Finance Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in record to report cycles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of integration and dependencies among SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, etc.).
• Ability to provide technology consulting and drive workshops or training sessions.
• ECC practitioners will be provided upskilling training for S/4HANA readiness.
• Willingness to travel for onshore assignments when necessary.
• Must currently reside in the Philippines and have legal work authorization.
• Stable employment history (no frequent job hopping — ideally more than 1 year per company).
