For our project site in Boden, Sweden, we are currently looking for Scaffolding Superintendent to support our project team for the next two years as of now.
Scaffolding Superintendent
Location: Boden, Sweden (on site)
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all scaffolding activities on the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of scaffolding structures.
- Manage and lead a team of scaffolders, providing training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other construction supervisors and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, including materials, labor, and safety inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to scaffolding operations.

Basic Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scaffolding Superintendent or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety management are preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
