POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for efficiently scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling office appointments per department protocols and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Schedules, cancels, and reschedules patient appointments.
• Documents all vital information pertaining to the appointment as necessary.
• Condenses physician?s schedules as needed.
• Directs incoming calls to appropriate departments as needed.
• Works and completes various tasks (flags, registration, referrals, voice mails etc.).
• Other duties as assigned per the need of the organization and within scope of position.
