  • The QTAS Department is seeking a highly motivated scientist to support the development and implementation of single cell-based flow cytometric (FCM) assays that enable development of novel therapies from the bench to the clinic.
  • The desired candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment to develop pharmacodynamic assays that support internal decision making for preclinical studies and Ph1 clinical trials.
  • In this laboratory role, the ideal candidate will perform hands-on assay development and will execute established assays to support candidate therapeutic modalities.
  • The work encompasses immunophenotyping in varying matrices and optimizing FCM assays for fit-for-purpose use.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, immune-oncology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or cancer biology and will be supervised by an established subject matter expert.

  • Work as part of a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team in an integrated early drug development laboratory.
  • Work with different bioanalytical matrices to support FCM assay development.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments to characterize and optimize flow cytometric assays.
  • Execute existing pharmacodynamic assays using established SOPs to support early stage immune-oncology and immunology R&D projects in a detail-oriented approach.
