Hourly: $22.00/hr Seasonal, customer-facing role

Note: This shop is opening in Spring, and before Kirkland opens, team members must be available to train and gain experience at nearby shops — likely Edmonds, Redmond, and Bellevue.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Deliver Warm, Generous Hospitality

• Welcome and thank every customer, even during busy moments
• Offer samples, recommendations, and add-ons with confidence
• Answer questions and handle concerns kindly and professionally

Create Beautiful, Consistent Treats

• Scoop photo-worthy cones and cups, sundaes, milkshakes, and flights
• Prepare waffle cones, brownies, batter, and whipped cream
• Stay calm during rushes while maintaining quality and care

Keep the Shop Running Smoothly

• Work closely with teammates to keep service flowing
• Operate the POS accurately and handle cash responsibly
• Restock ice cream, toppings, merchandise, and paper goods
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and inviting

Be Part of the Team

• Check Slack before each shift for updates and coverage needs
• Help with opening and closing tasks, cleaning, and resets
• Jump in where needed to support smooth operations

Who We’re Looking For

• A friendly, reliable person who enjoys working with people
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Detail-oriented and proactive - you notice what needs to be done
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team
• Availability for late nights, weekends, and peak summer months
• No prior ice cream or retail experience required - we’ll train you!

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00/hr, with room to grow
• Pay growth: A 1%–2% merit raise for every 1,800 hours worked, plus an annual cost-of- living adjustment based on the Seattle CPI
