Scope of Responsibilites:
Assumes responsibility for maintaining the students' permanent academic and health records for his/her secondary school records; including updating grade tabs, posting scores, receiving and sending records to other schools, colleges, employers, etc.


Minimum Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2. Word processing skills.
3. Successful clerical experience
4. Effective communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
2. Ability to take the initiative in work assignments
3. Relates well with parents and students
4. Experience in a diverse workplace
