Semiconductor Test Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Semiconductor Test Technician with specialized expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to support wafer-level and final package testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting ATE systems to ensure product reliability, yield optimization, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• ATE Operations & Maintenance
• Operate and maintain advanced ATE systems (e.g., Advantest 93K, Teradyne UltraFlex, NI PXI) for testing analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal ICs.
• Perform daily calibration, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on ATE hardware and software.
• Monitor test yields and utilize statistical process control (SPC) to identify trends and resolve yield-limiting issues.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience operating ATE systems in semiconductor manufacturing or test environments.
• Proficiency with wafer probe stations, handlers, and parametric measurement tools.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.55 - $30.44 per hour
