Your Mission:

  • Identify and Qualify: Seek out Italian car dealerships that are ready to elevate their customer engagement strategies.

  • Craft Winning Plans: Develop targeted sales plans to penetrate the Italian market and achieve ambitious revenue goals.

  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with key decision-makers at Italian car dealerships.

  • Captivate Audiences: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the power of our AI video technology.

  • Collaborate with the Team: Work seamlessly with our internal teams to tailor solutions for each dealership's unique needs.

  • Negotiate Masterfully: Close deals that benefit both Phyron AI and our partners.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor Italian industry trends and translate them into lucrative sales opportunities.

  • Data-Driven Success: Track progress, analyze the pipeline, and provide insightful reports.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Market Knowledge and Local Insights: A deep understanding of the Italian automotive industry, including key players, trends, and customer behaviours.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian & English.

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least five years of B2B sales experience in the automotive or technology sector with a demonstrably successful track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Strategic Mindset: A keen ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Persuasive Communicator: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and a willingness to master additional sales tools.

  • Results-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual, driven by a passion for exceeding expectations.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

  • Occasional travel: for industry events and client meetings.
