About the role

We are now looking for a Senior Accountant to strengthen and scale our accounting operations as the company continues to expand across Europe.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving processes, creating structure and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with external accounting firms across multiple countries, and play a key role in ensuring accurate and scalable financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end closing for the Swedish entity, and coordinate monthly reporting from external accounting firms across the group.

• Prepare and support monthly group consolidations and consolidated reporting.

• Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations and eliminations.

• Support transfer pricing processes and inter-company invoicing.

• Manage revenue recognition together with the Finance Associate.

• Oversee AP and AR processes across entities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and reporting requirements

• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors

• Prepare financial statements and annual reports for the Swedish entity and support statutory filings in other jurisdictions

• Partner with the Head of Finance and Finance Manager on reporting, forecasting and process improvements.

• Improve and automate accounting processes as the company scales

What you bring

• Strong accounting experience, ideally from a international multi-entity or group environment

• Experience with consolidation and inter-company accounting

• Comfortable working hands on in ERP systems and interested in automation and modern finance tools

• Experience working in a fast-moving company, preferably a start-up or scale-up, using AI in your daily work

• Strong attention to detail and ability to create structure in a growing environment

• Ability to understand and read Swedish, preferably also speak it

Bonus

• Experience from SaaS companies

• Experience with ERP or other tool implementations

• Experience supporting audits and audit preparation
