Senior Accountant, Corporate Finance

ESR Group is looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing timely financial insights to support business decisions. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills and a passion for achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review monthly accounting and management reports for companies by service providers;
• Review monthly consolidation accounts provided by service providers;
• Liaise with tax advisors on tax filing and submission;
• Assist in preparation of ad-hoc deliverables requested by head office;
• Review annual statutory and non-statutory financial statements;
• Liaise with external auditors to get the annual statutory and non-statutory financial statements; signed off by auditors and management letter issues resolve;
• Handle corporate secretarial functions;
• Support ad hoc finance projects and assignments as required;
• Review actual vs budget results;
• Review and process payments.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Holder of a professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a preference for those with experience in multinational firms or property sectors.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Yardi) is a plus.
• Experience in the property or real estate industry.
