We are entering an exciting growth phase and are seeking a Qualified Accounting Managerwho wants more than just a review role — someone who wants to influence standards, shape systems, mentor a team, and contribute to the strategic growth of a progressive firm.

This is a remote role with an initial onboarding period in our Balbriggan office. Occasional office visits may be required during the year for client or team meetings.
What you will be responsible for
Technical Leadership
· Review and sign off on statutory accounts and tax work
· Oversee Corporation Tax, Income Tax and VAT compliance
· Maintain strong technical standards across the firm
Team & Workflow
· Manage workflow, deadlines and capacity planning
· Coach and develop team members
· Support CPD and technical growth
Practice Growth
· Manage and develop strong client relationships
· Identify advisory and tax planning opportunities
· Support proposal development and pricing improvements
· Contribute to improving margins and achieve KPIs
· Help scale systems and processes as we grow
· You will manage a small portfolio of clients
What We’re Looking For
· ACA / ACCA / CPA Qualified
· 5+ years’ Irish accountancy practice experience
· 5+ years’ post-qualified experience in practice
· Experience reviewing accounts and tax returns
· Confident handling CT, IT and VAT queries
· Comfortable managing deadlines and mentoring others
· Strong cloud accounting knowledge
· CTA qualification or strong tax capability is a significant advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €75,000.00 per year
