The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Advisory team.
Our Corporate Finance team is focused on mid-market transactions with typical EV’s of between $10-250m across a diverse range of industries, with deep skills in health, technology, advanced manufacturing and professional services.
This is a diverse, hands-on role offering exposure across the full transaction lifecycle, including valuations, mergers and acquisitions, sell-side advisory, financial due diligence, capital raising, and strategic planning.
Alongside strong technical capability, we are looking for someone who brings positive energy, integrity, and a collaborative approach, and who contributes positively to both client outcomes and team culture.
What makes you ‘just right’:
3+ years’ experience in valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, and M&A
Strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret both financial and non-financial data
Excellent report writing, and communication skills
Experience to building integrated models and strong excel skills
Strong organisational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions/assignments concurrently
A collaborative, proactive working style and the desire to contribute to a high-performing team culture
Relevant Qualifications, degree qualified, including CA, CFA qualifications or working towards
