Castleknock Lawn Tennis Club is one of Dublin’s leading tennis clubs, with first-class facilities including 5 indoor courts, 10 outdoor courts, and a modern clubhouse that caters for over 2,000 members. Our clubhouse also welcomes schools, businesses, and community groups for functions, meetings, and events.

We are now seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Bar Person to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time role offering excellent development opportunities in a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar.
• Provide a professional, five-star standard of service to members and guests.
• Ensure the bar is always clean, well-stocked, and operating efficiently.
• Serve beverages and food in line with club standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Work flexibly as part of a small, dedicated team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ bar experience (required).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: €15.00 – €17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time contract (approx. 40 hours per week).
