Senior Bartender

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bartender to join our fast-paced, friendly Gastropub. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives behind a busy bar, takes pride in great service, and can lead by example.

About the Role

As a Senior Bartender, you’ll be a key part of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences while supporting and mentoring junior staff. You’ll be confident running a busy service and maintaining high standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Running the bar during busy services

• Delivering consistently high-quality drinks and service

• Training, supporting, and leading junior bartenders

• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock control

• Ensuring licensing, health & safety, and responsible service standards are met

• Contributing positively to a team-focused, professional atmosphere

About You

• Proven experience (min 2 years) as a bartender in a high-volume venue

• Confident, calm, and efficient under pressure

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

• Natural leader with a positive, hands-on attitude

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
